Salt Lake Spine & Pelvis is located inside the Maven Well Building at 155 E 900 S, on the 2nd floor (elevator and stairs available). Take a right at the top of the stairs.
Main entrance: Between La Barba Coffee and Randy's Records on the north side of 900 South. The door says: Maven Strong + Well.
Parking: Free street parking and multiple nearby parking lots are available around the building. Look for 'Maven' building parking. Overflow lot is on the south side of 9th S on Edison.
When you arrive: Head upstairs, settle into the cozy waiting area, and Dr. Marnie will come meet you at your scheduled appointment time.
